The Big Sun Valley Burger

Fully loaded for a hungry crew​

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

4 Sun Valley Battered Chicken Steaks

4 large sesame seed burger buns

4 strips of bacon

4 lettuce leaves

4 slices of cheddar cheese

1 large fresh tomato

½ cup of fine diced white onion

BBQ sauce

Steps to Prepare

Step 1
Cook the Battered Chicken Steaks according to on pack instructions.
Step 2
Slice the burger buns in two equal halves and lightly toast each side, then cook the bacon in a pan with sunflower oil.
Step 3
Place the cooked chicken steak on the toasted lower bun, and add a slice of cheddar cheese.
Step 4
Place the bun, chicken and cheese in a microwave oven at maximum heat setting for 20 seconds or until the cheese has just started to melt.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and add the cooked bacon and add the lettuce and two chunky cut slices of fresh tomato.
Step 6
Sprinkle on the diced onion and add a generous covering of BBQ sauce to taste. Add the top toasted bun and serve immediately with french fries and your favorite side dish.
Step 7
