Sun Valley Hot & Spicy Fillet Build

The perfect meal solution with a spicy kick! ​

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

4 Sun Valley Hot & Spicy Fillets

4 Large Burger Buns

4 Iceberg lettuce leaves

1 Medium sized red onion

1 Tablespoon of mayonnaise

25g of chopped Chives 

1 tablespoon Salsa

Steps to Prepare

Step 1
Cook the Sun Valley Hot & Spicy Fillets according to on pack instructions.
Step 2
Slice the burger buns in two equal halves and lightly toast each side.
Step 3
Mix the chopped chives with the mayonnaise and spread on the bottom on the open burger bun.
Step 4
Slice the red onions and add the red onions and lettuce leaves to the bottom of the bun.
Step 5
Add the Hot & Spicy fillet to the bun build and top with the Salsa.
Step 6
Serve immediately with fries and your favorite side dish.
