Mie Goreng Style Battered Chicken Chunks

The perfect meal solution with a spicy kick! ​

12 Sun Valley Battered Chicken Chunks

2 cloves of garlic, sliced

2 banana shallots, sliced

¼ of a small cabbage, sliced

Spring onions, long sliced

A 2 eggs thin omelet, cooled, rolled and sliced

Wheat noodles, precooked

Mie Goreng sauce: Equal blend of Sweet soy sauce, Oyster sauce and sweet chilli sauce

Steps to Prepare

Step 1
In a wok, starts by stir frying, sliced garlic and shallots
Step 2
Add sliced cabbages, then the spring onions
Step 3
Cook the chicken chunks as per back of pack instructions
Step 4
Add the chicken and the noodles
Step 5
Add the Goreng sauce. Then add the sliced omelet
Step 6
Dress on a plate with chopped spring onions, chilies and crispy shallots
