Ingredients

12 Sun Valley Battered Chicken Chunks, cooked and kept warm

1 small onion cut in petals

½ green bell pepper and ½ red pepper

2 medium red and 2 medium green chilies

Chinese 5 spice seasoning

1 spring onions sliced

Cooked plain rice

Steps to Prepare

Step 1
In a wok, stir fry onion petals
Step 2
Add the green and red bell peppers
Step 3
Add the sliced red and green chilies
Step 4
Add the cooked tempura chunks and 5 gr of Chinese 5 spice seasoning
Step 5
Finish by adding sliced spring onions
Step 6
Serve on plain white rice
